Great way to upgrade your 2015 13 " MacBook Pro SSD for a great price
Worked great with a $300 Toshiba XG3 1TB drive found on eBay in my 2015 13" MacBook Pro (MacOS High Sierra 10.13.4). All I had to do was remove the Apple drive, insert this Toshiba adapter and connect my time machine's backup drive via USB I booted from a backup disk and restored to Toshiba with no problems. Sleep still works. Battery life has been reduced by at least 2 hours, but it's worth it. I fixed the place where the drive connects to the adapter is protected with Kapton tape. Also, make sure you have a pentagon head screwdriver to remove the back cover.
