We are able to provide translation from other sources for our customers, as well as offer support when we get stuck with translations or questions related to them - this is extremely helpful! I love that they have all kinds of different tools available. It can sometimes take quite some time until you receive an answer or comment back if things like that don't work out straight away (which happens very rarely). The interface isn't always straightforward; it's not easily clear what buttons do which tasks. They often come across more technical than others and therefore need extra attention paid by us developers/translators so we know how to best use those features. Translation between multiple platforms such as iOS app + web-app, Android App + WebApp etc.
