I like that it is easy for non-technical users (like me) who are not used with writing content using Markdown or HTML editor tools such as Sublime Text 2/3 etc., but also have knowledge of how these programs work when creating documents from scratch - this makes things easier! The only downside would be if there was some way they could add more templates so we don't always need new ones created by our team every time something changes within an organization's structure / processes; however their support has been very helpful thus far & willing to help us create customizations where needed too which helps tremendously!!
