Very thin plastic
I probably should have read the description and reviews of this product before buying it. I opened the bag, ran my finger through the plastic bag and punched a hole before removing it. Then, as I stuffed things in, I ripped it apart even more. If you're planning on just putting a few items in instead of a large blanket or pillow, then you'll probably be fine. My pillows and duvet didn't fit without ruining them.
