This chair is great. I find it handy and it was relatively easy to put together BUT make sure you understand these 2 key points: 1. The wheels will snap. It's not very clear in the instructions, but it is. If you don't figure out how it works, they'll back out until you figure it out. It's easy if you have a rubber mallet.2. The part that allows the chair to be raised and lowered has a black rubber cap (the large metal piece that fits into the main body of the chair between the wheel assembly and the bottom of the seat). time, you will like this chair very much.
