I am 4'11", 108 lbs, I wear clothes with 34"-hip, 31"-waist, 35-A bra size with a round mid-section. I ordered the small at first it was a tight on the breast specially when the pad is on. I love the design, It covers what needs to be covered, so I ordered one in medium. I think the breast being tight was meant to push your breast up and show your cleavage, I took the pads out since i don't feel comfortable with the pressing of the breast and it was perfect, still a little tight under the arm but not that bad. I used it several times already and I feel wonderful in it every time. I just ordered the purple one because i really like it. The price is a little more than what i want to pay for but it is worth it.
