I like how it is easy to use as well has an excellent customer service team! They can help with any questions or concerns you may have while using this program in order for us get more leads into our organization which was great.

Nothing really at all dislike about loyalty bound but there are some things we did not know before such likes pricing plans etc they do make them very clear now though so no big deal!! We were able improve many of areas within my org by increasing efficiency through automations/leads collection.
