I must give this product an overall 3 and not a 5 for these reasons:P,roduct was shipped on time and in great condition, however, what should have taken about 15-20 mins to install properly took me about 2 1/2 hours as the square holes in the wall mounting brackets were way too small and would not allow the square post to be inserted. I had to take my Dremel with a small stone to open up the square holes. As a matter of fact it took quite some time to open up the holes so the post would fit. I also had to grind off the end of the post as it's plastic covers/caps were too large to fit as well and some metal material had to be ground off too.Once this was done and the post would fit through the square holes i then mounted unit onto my garage wall. But then i found that the supplied pins did not fit into the pre-drilled holes on the square bar and through the hooks. i even used a hammer to try to drive the pens through but with no success. WOW! So i had to drill out all the holes in the bar so the supplied pins would fit. Once that was done i could then mount all the hooks with ease.After placing my many hand and garden tools onto the hooks everything finally worked well and is very sturdy.In conclusion, it seems to me that who ever built this unit must have done it either on a Monday morning or Friday afternoon before happy hour.if it was not for the many modifications to almost all parts i would have given this a 5 star rating.
