Great non-stick pan for french toast/grilled cheese!

This is a great pan for grilled cheese sandwiches or french toast! For 4 slices of bread. The hard-anodized aluminum also means you can't use cooking spray (it weakens the surface and leaves stains). Any oil you use is just for flavoring and also makes cooking healthier. The light turquoise handle never gets hot. The surface is really non-stick coated, even burnt is washed off immediately.
