The key was perfect for my new-to-me 2017 Beetle. I cleaned the rear glass, and installed it correctly. The base part of the key is still strongly attached, but the handle part blew off on a windy day while driving. It lasted almost a month, but I never went over 35 mph and never for more than 10 minutes at that speed. If the handle part could have been secured to the base piece, it might have lasted longer. I'm sad to see it gone and sad to be out the money. Live and learn.
