I bought this shredder because it has a drawer and I was looking forward to not having to lift the shredder out of the bin to clean it. What a waste of money! The instructions state that you should grind for no more than 3 minutes at a time and allow to cool to room temperature before grinding again. I've never heard of anything like this! However, we followed the instructions exactly, including removing all staples and shredding no more than 10 pages at a time. It kept getting stuck even if she shredded individual pages for less than 3 minutes. I strongly advise against buying this grinder. I feel like we threw away our money on this purchase!
