After reading some of the reviews I was skeptical to buy this because some mentioned poor quality, but it was the only anti theft backpack I could find for an affordable price, so I went for it. I'm glad I did because it was a must-have on my long trip in Europe and it has held up wonderfully. I've used it almost every day for the last 2 months and I've had no problems with tears like other customers have said. The size is a little tight for my 13" macbook pro. You have to maneuver it in, and mine only fit without it's case. Once it's in it makes it difficult to get to other items in the bag. But, I wanted something smaller than the other backpack I had so I can't complain. I've gotten lots of compliments on it. The color and look of it are true to the images.
