I like how easy it was for me as an employee of my city's department, to be able to use this system instead of having multiple spreadsheets or other programs in order to keep track of our monthly bills! It would have been nice if there were more features available (such as being able to see what customers are due when), but all things considered, we've had no issues with this program so far. If you're looking into using something similar, make sure your IT team can help set up everything correctly - they know best about their particular setup/software needs. We needed to find some way to better organize our month-to-month billings process, which previously involved several different applications and files saved separately from each other. This has helped us streamline those processes while also giving us access to real time information regarding customer payments.
