I like to use the RPi A+ case to store HAT modules that connect back to the RPi with a GPIO extender using a 40-wire ribbon cable. But I'm willing to crack the case if I need access to an additional port on the HAT. So it's a good thing that the cover can be easily cut or drilled. That's exactly what I wanted.
