I have a lot of shoes so considering they can hold over 20 pairs of shoes I think they're a winner. I used it to store shoes for my husband and I. It holds them all well, but as you add more shoes it starts to sag a bit (as you can see in the second picture I've attached) which makes me concerned about the durability of this product. When I fully loaded the organizer I tried to rotate it but it kept getting stuck in the back of the closet and I realized it was because of the ankle-length pairs of shoes. I simply flipped these shoes sideways to make them much easier to turn (Figure 3). However, it *sticks* a bit when turning and I think it's because it's so hard with shoes on, but it works for me and because I'm just glad my shoes aren't walking on the floor anymore. I would recommend this for organizing shoes that might be your "non-casual shoes" so you don't have to constantly flip them? I do not know - your call
