The customer service is wonderful, fast responses are always received after submitting my request. Easy for me (the client) as I'm not technical or computer savy! There isn't much that I don't like about this program!! Please do it. ! Have confidence in your product/service; they will deliver what you need at just the right time. We needed an easier way of putting our releases out into various newswires including PR Web & Press Release Central plus Blogs like Techcrunch without having to use our own site and then wait several hours for updates by those news resources for us to be sent there. Now we can easily publish in each venue simultaneously instead of waiting weeks or months with one source when others may have already published their version of any given project so you miss out on potential clients due to lack of visibility. I have been using them for over 5 years now, they are very professional in their work but also easygoing when it comes time after our project is completed! They always go above & beyond my expectations with any of there projects we do together so far i've never had an issue or complaint about anything from this service provider!! If you're looking at getting your PR's done fast then look no further because these guys will make sure that all aspects get taken care off quickly as well if needed!!
