This lovely little bag is not too small and not too big, I wrapped a strap with a clip (like the one on a stroller) around the inner bar of the two front seats so that it hangs between them - you can put a small garbage bag liner in and snap the two side buttons and squeeze them between them to hold them in place. It has a nifty pocket for more bin liners and a small hole to take them out at the bottom, two side pockets for storing items, and a soft round silicone opening at the top big enough to hold jars and bottles. It fits two full-size tissue boxes!
