I bought these for my husband who works out and runs daily. They are very roomy, I ordered a medium and he could have probably worn a small. He is about 5'9 and 155-160 lbs. The neck is rather wide but he has broad shoulders so it did not look weird. They are not a typical crew neck though and I am not sure they will hold up really well but for the price it is worth a shot. They are super light weight fabric, which he likes since we live in the south! I would recommend them and give them 4 stars but there is room for a few minor improvements.
