It didn't work like the previous 2 I bought

This was the third similar device I bought. The first 2 worked great, but they seem to "wear out" after a while. When I started using them I could tell a difference in the smell of smoke in my car within 12 hours. You could almost smell the ozone (if possible). On this 3rd I didn't see or feel any difference.
