I've had a non-luxury 2.5mm round device for years and it works great. As I delved into larger wargames, I figured the deluxe version would work better for cutting a lot of tokens. It is, but after only about 1000 tokens, this damn thing broke. Like everyone else, my plastic lever broke. It's hard to believe that such an expensive, heavy tool would dump most of the workload onto a piece of brittle plastic, but . that's how they designed it. I've read a lot of advice on how to avoid this gap. Everyone said it was operator error because the handle was squeezed too hard. Well it just isn't. I was very careful not to press too hard and mine broke anyway. I'll try to fix this, but I think I'll go back to my trusty 2.5mm non-luxury all-rounder. He, at least, all working parts are metal.
