As a competitive cyclist, I carefully research products (via the internet and my colleagues) before making any purchasing decisions. Over the years I have made most of my cycling clothing purchases from Pearl Izumi. And in most cases I've been very satisfied, but these gloves are an exception. The reviews above are true. In fact, here in Omaha, Nebraska, I've worn these gloves comfortably in temperatures ranging from 0 to 10 degrees. But it wasn't until a week later that the seam inside the glove ripped and tore down the side. Certainly not the quality you would expect from Pearl Izumi, especially given their reputation (and price). I tried to organize a replacement product but to no avail. Of course, my experience can be an occasional mistake. To be honest, I'm less surprised by this glitch than I am by Pearl Izumi's lack of response.
