I was hesitant about this purchase because the price seemed to good to be true. The package arrived in 2 days! Maybe I'm close to the warehouse? Who knows, but I was very happy that they arrived so quickly. They were easy to assemble - lots of packaging but I guess that's a necessity. I had read that some of the plastic was bolted to the chairs and that turned out to be true. Kind of annoying, but it came off pretty easily. The chairs look great, I'm really pleased with both the quality and the style. They are fairly comfortable. One of my kids tried to rock in one and fell on the floor. I'm gonna put that under "user error". I will eventually buy two more with arm rests from the same company, but at the moment we have a Stokke high chair pushed in at one end of the table.
