I would not purchase from this company. I never will. There is no clearly started return policy. As it did not say returns paid for by customer, I requested to return the cage I bought that was too small. Much to my surprise, I had to pay the shipping through either the post office or fed ex. The cage cost me $54 and some change. Shockingly, shipping cost $63 through the post office (cheapest price) and a little more through Fed ex (cheapest price). Needless to say, I'm now trying to sell it on Marketplace so I can at least get some of my money back. Return policy should be started clearly. I couldn't find the policy anywhere.
