This item should not be worn off the shoulder as intended. I wear my normal size M and when I let it off one shoulder it looks weird and tight. In this case, one sleeve is too short. It's just a shirt with a wide neckline. I was very disappointed because it's really cute. If you want it to fit on the shoulder you'll probably need to make it very large, but it actually already fits my body so an increase would just appeal to me. I think get it if you don't care about wearing it off the shoulder and just want a regular sweatshirt otherwise don't waste your time with it.
