I like how it's adjustable. The phone holding part can be adjusted for a comfortable fit, the neck part can be shortened/extended and the base rotates. Once you've reached your desired setting, you can tighten them for a secure fit. It was a little annoying that you have to pull hard to move the dashboard, but at least then you know that the suction power is reliable. I have a suggestion: use different color combinations to match different color bars.
