The laptop arrived in a thin "balloon" with enough room to move. The fan was incredibly loud and emitted a high-pitched screech. The included power cord was worn out, didn't work and didn't power the laptop. When turned on, the laptop indicated a battery level of 75%, but said it only had 5 minutes of usage left by my calculation, which equates to about 6.67 minutes of usage on a full charge. I really wanted to like it, it has great features for the price but I called to return it within an hour. I cannot recommend this computer, or perhaps the company that "upgraded" or shipped it (Blazing Prices).
