1/2 The problem is that the product is made cheaply. Started leaking after 3 uses. The sealing ring flew out of the service fitting. It's okay, you can substitute. But it happens all the time and it won't be a good print. I've never had this problem with all of the hundreds of refrigerant hoses I've used in my career. The other half of the problem is that the app is very basic. It doesn't offer many of the calculations that other brands can do. I've had the iManifold and Parker Smart Tool sensor sets and they all offer a lot more information. I was hoping that this UEI kit would be a good, affordable, entry-level smart probe built for the young pros I'm managing, but I think we're all better off saving up for better kits. You get what you pay for. This item from this seller is non-returnable, which I should have known beforehand. Technically it's up to me, but still. Everything is refundable today. I didn't even think it would be a problem. So I feel like I just set $479 on fire.
