High quality at a low price. I've been using it for a few months now and I'm 100% satisfied. I was surprised that it's better quality and works more efficiently than the head that came with my old Kenmore canister. It has breathed new life into my vacuum cleaner that I wanted to throw away. The bottom contains a well-designed metal plate with channels that direct airflow to the center where the tube is connected. I find the design helps balance the suction on the brushes and improves coverage. Also, my vacuum cleaner became quieter. The original brush made a loud hiss, but this one didn't. The plastic parts are also strong and feel solid. Highly recommended. Updated 09/14/2018. I've been using hardwood floors every week for over a year and they still look and perform the same as they did when I first started. I'm definitely not being gentle with it, but it didn't show any cracks or chips as you would expect from something this cheap.
