I like that it has all of my contacts in one place, with each contact having their own profile page to help me keep track of them as well! We have been able to streamline our internal communications without increasing costs or sacrificing customer service. Nothing really - so far everything is going smoothly for us. It's not something we're looking at changing anytime soon either way!! So far nothing. The best thing about zaplease is being able to save time by using this software instead of manually calling people back through emailing, etc.
