Easy integration with Slack using Zapier integrations for customer support chatbot! Amazing workflows when you create them in your own way (eg.: I have some processes where it's not possible). Some features are missing like custom fields or advanced filters options but they're working hard towards adding new ones every month so keep an eye out from time bys :) Would love more customization as well maybe something similar what we can do inside Salesforce would be great too ;D Awesome product overall just wish there were better tools around Custom Fields creation/editing etc! We've been solving our internal issues related sales onboarding process since day 1 :)).
