I bought these aprons (pack of 6 yellow aprons) for my teenage grandchildren to cook with me. The aprons are suitable for our teenagers aged 14-19. I put them in the washing machine right out of the box and they didn't shrink and came out of the dryer almost wrinkle free. (I actually caught them as soon as the dryer hummed.) The aprons seem sturdy enough for this kind of casual use by novice cooks, and they really protect clothes while cooking. But they don't have much water resistance, so they probably aren't a good choice for "serious" cooking - when you need a good absorbent apron to wipe your wet, sticky, or dirty hands. However, the price was good for our purposes.
