Luminara candles Wonderful - they flicker like burning candles! People assume they are real. I'm not worried about things catching fire so I can place them in the green. Don't worry about wax dripping or the candle shrinking into an ugly shape or going out. Some of them appear "worn" with a scalloped edge, which adds to their realism. There's even a timer so they turn on at the same time in the evenings. They create a beautiful dancing light on the mantelpiece. They have to choose a place like a mantel that doesn't get scrutiny, and it's so much fun to take delight in how realistic they are! Nothing warms the atmosphere more than candles. They are expensive but for me they are worth it. Be careful with other similar products, they do not work like Luminara.
