Review on Mountain Buggy Terrain Stroller Graphite by Biswaroop Hawkins

I'm not a fan of this stroller. I have many complaints about this including customer service. My biggest complaint is that the company didn't let me know that this stroller was LEAD FREE. Her answer was "maybe" with no lead. what does that even mean? Their competitor Bumbleride told me their stroller was lead free - had I known that information I absolutely would NOT have bought this product. This stroller IS MADE IN CHINA NOT NEW ZEALAND - THIS COMPANY SHOULD MOVE PRODUCTION TO CHINA IN 2010 AND IT SHOWS. I ACCEPT A BIG WIN. ALSO: - The stroller handle broke on the first day of use - Shade sucks, the sun is always in my son's eyes, who designed that thing? - This is a HUGE, NOT disposable stroller. . It is very difficult to get her down from the 3rd floor. She is SPISTET. When I received it, the seat belt was broken. Instead of replacing my stroller completely, the cheap MB customer service sent me spare parts. wow thanks guys! Do not buy this stroller with a lead-free stroller. I had to spend an extra $100 and now I'm stuck with this piece of junk.
