I really like the feel of these soft stretchy toys and I was really hoping that the stretchy toys would be more durable than previous similar stress balls. nope Once again I am very disappointed that this design can handle even the mildest, harshest fidgeting conditions. Without even stretching, just squeezing normally with my, albeit not very strong, hands, they crumbled into a foamy, gooey mass! I was so angry. I bought these for both my son and myself - to make him fidget with ADHD and to help my hands fight carpal tunnel. The good news is that there are 3 of them, so you have 3 chances to make it through a month. Perhaps a younger child with a weak grip who can resist stretching too much can make it last longer. Unfortunately, it did not match our family's description. One day the soft ball will stand the test of time. Unfortunately he wasn't.
