I couldn't wait to get this large bag; I was so excited to have a great big bag, big enough for all my stuff and not having to carry it in my purse all the time. It's been about 2.5 weeks since I received the bag in the mail; There is a tear in the inner pocket so large that all of my small items that I kept in this bag fell between the inner lining and the bag itself. Finding something in a pocket is almost impossible now that the pocket hole is so big. Just a few days ago both straps on either side of the bag came loose, a clean rip.
