Product works as described

I bought this for my 2009 S550 to be able to record music to an SD card and listen to music. Given that I would pay to have access to my music, this was a cost-effective alternative. I received the card quickly and the PCMCIA works as advertised and now I can listen to all the songs in my library. You may need to check your SD card as I've heard some of them may not work. I used a 32GB mini SDHC card with an SDHC adapter and everything worked fine.
