This is the best raincoat! It's light enough for summer and thanks to the lining it doesn't stick in the rain like some vinyl raincoats. The light mesh lining also contributes to this, so that you can wear it with a sweater underneath in mild winter weather. This is a good quality waterproof jacket that doesn't feel like leather or vinyl but is a bit more flexible and nice to the touch. My kids love them and I love the yellow color. It's more of a school bus yellow than a fluorescent yellow. Nice for kids, but not outrageously "childish" or "cartoonish".
