Hot Water in Minutes
This kettle makes it so easy to have hot water when you want a hot drink like cocoa tea or when you're cooking and want hot water. This saves space on the stove, especially when I'm cooking and using a gas stove with three pots or pans at the same time. We have hard water in California, to build up minerals in the water I use white vinegar to descale the pot. Pour in about 1/4 cup of vinegar, shake the pot and let sit for a few minutes, then rinse.
