At this price point, there is no better disk cloning device on the market. This will clone the mechanical drive to the SSD. Or SSD to SSD etc. Excellent. You don't need to connect to a computer to clone hard drives. But the device also acts as a 2-drive bay, hot-swap drive bay for any SATA drive. Small or large physical size. In this case, of course, connect it to your PC or MAC. Just plug it into a USB 2.0 or 3.0/3.1 port and the drivers will load automatically. I tested it on Mac and PC. Great feature. The manufacturer offers honest technical support, but there may be a slight language barrier. YouTube explains everything about cloning, partitioning, etc. Very happy with this WEme 2 drive.
