RockPapa knows what's going on! Are they light, soft, comfortable and fit well? Yes, very even! Are they cheap and affordable yes yes! But that's why I'm in no hurry to give this review. That's because the SOUND QUALITY is AMAZING! I bought several kits and sent them to school with my kids, although I had never tried them myself I got good reviews for their performance there. So good that kids added "more headphones" to their birthday wish lists to use at home. Wishes were fulfilled, music was enjoyed, games were played, friends "phoned" etc. (yes, they also have a good microphone!) but. that's why i'm not here yet. Today my daughter told me that the headphones she got for her birthday two months ago don't work well, one ear doesn't play at all and the other one sounds muffled. She takes great care of her belongings and this was her newest pair. So today Sunday I emailed RockPapa and let them know. To be honest I will most likely continue to buy from them anyway, RockPapa brand (probably not the same model), all the others we've bought work well, they have excellent reviews and I'm sure this accident will throw those ones down. Today , still Sunday, they already replied, the same day, online service! (Please don't rate other companies as the standard, rather as the exception, more on that below.) You want to fix the problem. Well, that's good customer service. Last of all checkboxes, right‽ That's not all! Sound quality! My car stereo started working last week (and unfortunately still is) and to check my sound to see if it was my phone or my car stereo I checked connected these headphones for the first time. TURNED OFF! .and I have Bose speakers in my car, been to many shows, worked as a roadie, worked as a concert attendant, a few times as a musician, but that's a story for another day 😆, having traveled over 200 ( Grateful Dead) Dead -Shows. and I recognize quality sound when I hear it. I promise you that you will not find better headphones in this price range that please your ears as much as these! Not only do I come here today to write this review, I also return to the store! We will definitely be ordering more RockPapa headphones. denial of responsibility; This is not the model that failed. This is *this* model that I've tried myself. The microphone is part of the cable, smooth and does not interfere, works well. These are the model we bought for my son and they are going well! I'm not affiliated with this brand (although I'd love to yell 😉😉😂 if you ever look for repeats. Is that how it works?!) but to be honest I'm always reluctant to buy things based on reviews because man never know. It's a good old word of mouth suggestion. Buy these headphones! (Or almost every model from RockPapa, they have options that suit almost every user). I am sure you will like them. After all, what did I mean by a company having to meet unrealistic standards? Believe it or not, owner-managed mom and dad shops still exist, which means they're run by real people, not hundreds of employees sharing shifts. Some great people own businesses and do great things, things to look forward to! While I appreciate the prompt response and am grateful that this was resolved as soon as possible, I understand that additional resources are required to respond over the weekend and I do not expect 100% this type of service from anyone great. Business - so please, as always, if you have a problem with a service or product, remember there are real people on the other line, a different keyboard in that email, etc., please be kind and patient , and if companies/people can respond outside of business hours, be sure to let them know you "see" them. signed by former small business owner.
