Although the fashions were enticing, the materials utilized in the clothing and shoes were of a poor quality. This was especially noticeable in the shoes. Some of the products began to exhibit indications of wear and tear after only a few times being used, which was rather surprising. Although each item of jewelry was one of a kind, the pieces were not of very high quality, and some of them tarnished very rapidly. In addition, I was not satisfied with the level of customer service that was offered by EXIO. When I called their customer support team with questions regarding my transaction, the responses I received were evasive and not very helpful. It appeared as though they were more concerned with making a sale than addressing the issues that I was having. In addition to this, I experienced problems with the shipping and delivery of my item, which added even more aggravation and hassle to the situation. My time spent working with EXIO has, on the whole, not been a particularly pleasant one. My expectations were not met in terms of the quality of the products offered or the degree of customer care that was delivered, despite the fact that they had a large selection of shoes, apparel, and jewelry to choose from. I am unable to give this firm a positive recommendation to anyone, and I will not be making any more purchases from them in the foreseeable future.
