Hot/Cold water levers were installed incorrectly at factory.
In order to turn the water on, we have to push the hot/cold levers away from us which is backward to the normal operation. it's not a problem for us, but it is a faulty product. I did not install the drain since the existing one matches and works fine, so this review is for the faucet only. Outside of the flaw, it is a sturdy faucet. The water flow is very strong so I assume there is no restrictor built-in, bear this in mind. We prefer it this way.
