Works well - but just like any product from any supplier, you need to check resistance, record resistance, monitor wire integrity with a continuity checker, and check often. Controller is nothing to write home about but it works just as it should and costs less than any other options out there. I’m happy with the install and it works well.

- The touch screen feature may be difficult to navigate for individuals who are not technologically savvy, resulting in frustration when trying to adjust heating and cooling settings
