Review on πŸ§₯ Pacific Trails Little Boys' Bubble Jacket: Stylish Warmth for your Adventurous Kid by Marcus Hargrave

Revainrating 5 out of 5

warm coat; Great price

Very nice and good value coat for a boy. I bought 5/6 Orange for my 4.5 year old (medium height/weight). It can be a bit small (?) so buy a size/age like I did (and you can live with it for 2 winters!). It's warm and seems well made (definitely NOT put together, NOT cheap). The hood is fixed, non-detachable, the top of the liner and hood are lined with soft fleece material to keep it snug, while the sleeves and bottom are made of slippery nylon material so kids can easily slip their arms through and the Bottom won't clog. Machine washable, Velcro keeps bag closed. I am considering buying a size 7 coat 2 years in advance because the price is good ($34.99 plus extra savings shipping). Definitely worth buying items.** (2 months later) Well I'm glad I waited a bit to buy size 7/8 as it was only $20 (with very good shipping !). I noticed a review of a size 8-20 jacket and the buyer was concerned about the warmth. We endure the Chicago winters here and it seems to be doing its job of keeping my boy warm with no problem. The stuffing (fluffy material) appears to be well distributed throughout the mantle shell and the presence of this air trap keeps children well insulated. The heat factor doesn't bother me. The filler (fluffy material) seems to be well distributed in the mantle shell and the presence of this air trap is what it is what ensures good insulation of the children.
