Received this as a free sample to try. This is an interesting design that is extremely effective on most lemons. I say "most" because some of the lemons I've grown in the woods are actually the size of a medium orange and a bit large for this juicer to work at its best. In fact, this works best for lemons as the holes at the bottom are too big to catch the seeds of smaller limes. As you can see from the product photos, you need to remove the tops of the lemons for this to work effectively, but this juicer does exactly what it says it does. I passed two regular sized lemons and the lemon zest and pulp were almost dry. If you use lemon juice frequently, this is ideal. If you are Greek or Sicilian and you cook a lot, I assure you that you will love this juicer. Customs service. The length of the handle to the press is six inches and the entire block is about eleven inches. The handles give you plenty of leverage and it doesn't take much force to squeeze a lemon dry. Synthetic (silicone?) grips on the handles make it easy to use even when your hands are wet. Plus, they're comfortable on your hands when you're squeezing a lot of lemons.
