The platform has been designed very well; it makes learning easy through its interactive features like quizzes which help students understand concepts better.

I really enjoyed my training sessions where we were provided live demos/screencasts regarding new products or updates related to salesforce CRM Cloud. There are some issues like lack of proper support when compared to other competitors but overall good experience. We have seen an improvement when dealing with customers who use Salesforce product from us.
