I bought this product in October 2016, almost 3 years ago and it hasn't let me down since! I bought 2 at the time, both of which I still have. One cable has been used for bedside charging since purchase and continued to function normally, although the cable was kinked during bedside shuffles and when plugging and unplugging the phone at night. The other cord was thrown in the bottom of backpacks from my last three years of high school, but it worked just as well as the day I got it. I've had other USB cables that died within six months of purchase and never seemed to find a good third party cable until I stumbled across this one. This is the best USB charging cable I have ever bought. A disclaimer that might be important to some: the cable doesn't offer the "fast charge" that you get when using the Google OEM charging cable on my Pixel 3XL, but it doesn't advertise as "slow charge" either. registered.
