We have been using this product since it was first released in 2016, which has allowed us to collect data from our customers without having much of an investment up front or ongoing costs associated with maintaining their accounts (or even remembering who they are). I like that we can get reports out almost immediately after someone signs-up / registers at one point during checkout process via API calls made directly through Zapier integration - just another example where you don't need any coding knowledge! Some features could be improved such as adding multiple email addresses per account so people would not lose access if there's some sort of technical issue preventing them logging into your app right away; also providing more detailed reporting options beyond simple analytics by allowing users/customers choose what information gets sent back when logged onto mobile apps etc.; however overall very happy about how quickly things got going once launched & continued development over time continues apace :).
