I opened the box and looked at the product and noticed that the gaping holes in it are bigger than the screw head in it. When I buy something new I don't expect anyone to mess it up with a dremel. You come back, I'll give him a chance to sort out the exchange situation. In addition, the instructions were vague and weak. And there are no markings (at least in English) indicating left, right, front or back. It's not that difficult to understand, but it would be nice if it were understandable. The replacement looked 100% identical to the original I received. So I figured they just made them like that. A few months later I damaged a fender. I considered buying a replacement or just the rear kit but they don't. They said if I buy another set they will refund half the price. The third set arrived in much better condition, not that they were done wrong and then modified. And this time, it comes with a 90 degree Torx/Phillips screwdriver for easy installation. But unfortunately they are wrong. Significantly fewer than those that are now on the car. So the third set will come back and hopefully the fourth set will be identical (or better) to the second set.
