I got this jacket because my son had a problem with the jacket zipper getting stuck when he took it off. He won't ask for help, and since he's in 1st grade, no one will remind him to take it off, and won't even notice the zipper sticking. Cool in the morning but warmer in the afternoon. It annoyed me, but I decided to take a zip-up jacket for school and a zip-up jacket for necessary weekend exercises. The clasps are strong and the material is very soft. This lightweight jacket is perfect for chilly mornings.
